Home Search and Relocation:

  • Initial qualification: We meet as many times as necessary to understand your requirements and aspirations.
  • Report: We provide a comprehensive report detailing the short listed properties and location details prior to your viewing.
  • Accompanied viewings: We accompany you on all viewings to establish the merits of each home and suitability of locations.
  • Negotiation: We always act in your best interest. We are emotionally removed from the sale therefore are solely focussed on achieving the best price for you to secure your new home.
  • Management of the sales process: We will oversee the sales process from the outset and will maintain open communications with all parties at all times.
  • Moving in: If you require us to help arrange removals we are happy to arrange the logistics.

  • Settling in: Once you have moved in, should you require any further help or advice, we are always at the end of the telephone.

Project Management:

  • We are not a building company, we undertake bespoke projects on behalf of clients, professionally and with discretion
  • We advise on products and how to achieve the finished look and finish. Whether it is a new kitchen, bathrooms or a remodelled room we are here to help from room layouts to procurement.
  • We liaise with builders and tradesmen, manage progress and manage quality.
  • We leverage our knowledge to ensure that budgets are maximised, quality optimised and your involvement minimised.

 Interior Design:

  • Whether it is a single room, complete home, showhome or holiday home, we have direct experience delivering diverse, affordable interior projects.
  • We work with you and your brief then inject our creativity to create a unique and stunning design.
  • We are on hand throughout every part of the project, we work to shape decisions not make decisions.
  • We love design, we are creative yet commercial   
  • We operate within budget and wherever possible we pass on product trade savings to maximise your spend.
