News - What's happening?

Summer 2012:

2012 is shaping up to be a really busy year, the 1st half of which has flown by and I start on a new home search project in the city centre in a few weeks time.

Its also an interesting time in the market. I keep in touch with a lot of new build developers and in recent weeks I have heard from a number of sources that there is a general rise in planning applications on sites that have laid dormant for some time. This is great news for the market as it demonstrates a re emerging confidence from professionals that have literally weathered the storm.

Which makes me think, when will it stop raining!
